1. Booking and Payment:

• Bookings can be made through Artha Tour’s official website, through partner travel agents, or through our customer service.
• Full payment must be made when placing an order, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation and Refund:

• If the client wishes to cancel the trip, the cancellation must be made within the specified time and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds will be given in accordance with Artha Tour’s cancellation policy.

3. Schedule and Route Changes:

• Artha Tour reserves the right to change the schedule and route of the trip if necessary due to certain reasons such as emergency situations, natural disasters, or security.
• Clients will be given the option of following the changes or getting a refund.

4. Client Responsibility:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documents such as passports, visas or other special permits before departing.
• Clients are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of each destination visited during the trip.

5. Artha Tour Responsibility:

• Artha Tour will do its best to provide clients with safe and convenient services.
• However, Artha Tour is not responsible for any delays, losses, injuries or damages caused by events beyond the company’s control, such as natural disasters, flight disruptions or government actions.

6. Travel Insurance:

• It is advisable for clients to have personal travel insurance that covers accidents, injuries, delays or loss of personal belongings during the trip.

7. Use of Personal Information:

• Artha Tour will keep the client’s personal information confidential and will only use the data for travel related purposes.

8. Use of Promotional Materials:

• By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client grants Artha Tour permission to use photos and videos during the trip for promotional purposes.

9. Other Terms:

• These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, and such changes will be informed to the client prior to placing an order.

10. Applicable Law:

• This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and all disputes arising will be resolved through applicable legal channels.
