If the client decides to cancel the trip, the cancellation procedure is as follows:
Cancellations made 14 days prior to departure will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made on the day of departure or after departure are not entitled to a refund.
2. Cancellation or Amendment by Artha Tour:
If Artha Tour is forced to cancel the trip before the departure date, the client will receive a full refund.
If Artha Tour has to change the itinerary or route of the trip before or during the trip, the client will be given the option to follow the changes or get a refund according to the unused fee.
3. Flight Delay or Cancellation:
If the flight is delayed or canceled by the airline, Artha Tour will endeavor to arrange a replacement flight or provide other alternatives subject to availability.
Artha Tour is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to flight delays or cancellations by airlines.
4. Complaints and Redress:
If the client experiences any problems during the trip caused by Artha Tour’s negligence, the client should contact our customer service team immediately to report the problem.
Artha Tour will consider appropriate compensation or remedial action based on the complaint.
5. Refunds:
If the client is entitled to a refund in accordance with the refund policy above, Artha Tour will make the refund no later than 7 days after the refund request is submitted.
Refunds will be made via the payment method used by the client when making the initial payment.
6. Policy Change:
This Refund and Return Policy may change from time to time, and any changes will be informed to the client prior to placing an order.
7. Applicable Law:
This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any disputes arising will be resolved through applicable legal channels.
